Identifiers

The Black Gangster Disciples exhibit the generic Folk Nation identifiers in various manners to denote their allegiance to the Folk Nation. In addition to these identifiers, their tattoos usually display the initials BGD and the number 274 to indicate set affiliation. The number 274 is representative of the Black Gangster Disciples, because “B” is the second letter of the alphabet, “G” is the seventh, and “D” is the fourth.
